The below is a preview of what is schedule to take place on the huge broadcast: (card subject to change)

- In a major tag team main event, it will be Kurt Angle teaming with Mick Foley to take on the team of "The Blueprint" Matt Morgan and Abyss in the Battle of "Teammates that tried to take each other out not that long ago" Other than that, no comment.

- "The Icon" Sting will respond to TNA World Heavyweight Champion "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles after their candid sitdown interview this past week, because...you know, even though he was already sitting there he had to wait a fucking week to respond

- The TNA Legends Championship will be on the line as Kevin Nash defends against Hernandez....and he will defeat Hernandez because its in his contract.

- ODB will defend the TNA Knockout Women's Championship against Tara

All this and much more, including more news on the "Bound For Glory" Pay-Per-View event, this Thursday at 9/8c on Spike!

Also, Samoa Joe will kill Amazing Red in an X-Division title match.


Actually, this really doesn't sound like that bad of a show, and if Nash is booked to win (95% likely, but there is always that 5%) he might actually sell a move or two for Hernandez.

I think I'll skip WoW for this...

The Disclaimer:

This post will have nothing at all to do with tonight's iMPACT, but I figured that since we'll all end up over here anyway, I could pose this question and get a better response than if I were to post a poll on facebook or the main page.

The point of this post
If you've been to the BWF main page over the course of the last couple of days, you may have noticed two things - the site loads way faster than it did before, and if you were using any of the skins other than BWF Classic before, the page defaults to it. Since I'd been using the "Back In Black" theme for the longest time, it kinda threw me off to see the old school BWF theme when coming back to the site.

Here's why this is happening (a.k.a. technical mumbo-jumbo)

During RAW this past Monday, while I was writing my review, BWF went down with another "500: Internal Server Error." What this had meant in the past was that somebody else on our server's scripts were overloading the system. This time around, they said it was likely a script running from BWF, and they recommended that I remove some of the plugins and install a cache plugin. Basically, what that means is that when person A visits BWF, whatever they see on each page they go to is stored in the site's memory. So if person A is using the BWF Classic theme, when person B - regardless of what theme they'd been using - visits the site, they will see BWF Classic. This saves load on the site and limits the amount of RAM we're using on the servers. Unfortunately, the cache doesn't play well with the theme switcher.

The actual question

So, what I'd like to know is, which theme out of the existing themes (I've activated a new one called Grunge 2.0 for your consideration as well) would you like to have as the theme for BoredWrestlingFan.com? In my mind, I've already decided that "Grungy" and "BlueMania 25" are out of the running - I hate both of them with a passion.

Alternatively, pick your favorite parts of each theme and let me know what they are - rather than pick an existing theme as the de facto theme, I could create a brand new one out of the best parts of the rest.

You hate "Grungy" with a passion? That was the one I used. I liked it because of the pictures, both of the staff and of the different "topics" that went with the type of article/review being posted. The one thing I didn't like about it was that you couldn't see if comments had been added.
